Seberang Perai Municipal Council (MPSP) proudly organize the 2nd Seberang Perai International Conference on Ecotourism and Conservation Effort (SPICEC 2018) with the theme ‘Promoting Local Economic Development (LED) Through Ecotourism’. Both Ecotourism and LED are heavily discussed in United Nation Resolutions.
